Yeah, just my own observation with using them exclusively for so long and then switching back to the trusty advanced. Maybe the animation rate makes up for that, I dunno. It's only a tenth of a second difference though if it is slower. I was almost sure the reload speed of the Mk.2 weapons is actually slower than the Mk.1 weapons though, quite ironically (a 0.9 value rather than 1.0). SMG Mk.2 with the Hollow Points end up doing more damage per shot than the Combat MG Mk.2 against health-only targets, but only useful for when you're riding a bike generally.Ĭombat MG Mk.2 goes without saying, that's a beast.Įverything else I think you can take or leave as they don't offer 'enough' more than what we already had. Having said that though, the HSR Mk.2 with Incendiary Rounds will kill every player not using BST, using snacks whilst dying or some other health boost in one shot every time so it depends on your play style. Otherwise putting the explosive rounds on it is usually a help, along with the Heavy Sniper Rifle Mk.2. Heavy Shotgun with the Flechette Shells does unbeatable damage per shot at close range, but you do have to be close. ![]() it almost has the accuracy of the Special Carbine but with buffed damage and a slower rate of fire for a bit of control. The Assault Rifle Mk.2 is totally underrated. I must admit I have to disagree respectfully, anyway here's generally what I roll with as "daily use Mk.2 weapons".īeing able to take down Froggers and Police Mavericks in three shots from the Heavy Revolver Mk.2 with FMJ rounds is usually well worth it - normally sets street cars on fire in two shots at the engine bay which is good for pursuing enemies too. ![]() The only MK2 worth owning is the combat MG simply because of the amount of lead you can throw downrange.Įven with owning them all you're of the opinion only the Combat MG Mk.2 is essentially worth the upgrade? ![]()
